Mim discovered the gifts of yoga while training on the US. Figure Skating team and has been practicing with Master Teachers over the last two decades.
Her style of Hatha yoga has been influenced by practice and study in Vini Yoga, Iyengar, Kripalu, Anusara and more. Mim has studied under the direction of Master teachers; including Patricia Walden, Shiva Rea, Gary Kraftsow, John Friend, Joseph Lepage. She is an Integrative Yoga Therapist and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
Her acclaimed list of clients includes the US/Olympic Luge Team, members of the Olympic Freestyle Ski Team, Bobsled/Skeleton Team, Ironman triathletes, professional figure skaters, dancers, hockey players, corporate CEO’s, physicians and weekend warriors alike.

Mim’s classes are ever-changing and evolving as her personal practice and study is also ever-evolving over her studies spanning the last 20 years. She customizes the sessions to the ability and needs of her students. Her classes range from restorative and introspective, to pilates style fitness sequences. Her class is a Hatha class-- which simply means the practice includes physical postures and doesn’t align specifically to one yoga lineage. She is well studied in anatomy and physiology and helps you deepen your understanding of proper form and alignment with the postures for maximum benefit.
