WORKSHOP UPDATE: Workshop with essential oils for yoga was Ahhhmazing. The oils were beautifully woven into our asana practice with touch and pranayama and application where yogis left feeling nurtured and blissful with and with their own custom or favorite scent. It was at once deeply relaxing and uplifting. This collaboration was such a success that we hope to be able to offer them quarterly throughout the year.
