DEAR YOGA FRIENDS (NEAR AND FAR): Namaste. These are trying times we are all navigating separately and together. And like any yoga practice, it is time to adapt. There is no better time to connect and center on our mats and join in much needed community.

Monday (breath, centering, asana practice and closing meditation)
Wednesday (strength/fitness based with Barre and Pilates Technique—similar to Define Align if you have been attending that)

You can use your current class cards, or purchase new ones on Mim yoga or via check in the mail, or more conveniently, VENMO app (full triage of app integration peeps). Cost is $10/class.
The easiest way to join is to download ZOOM for Free to your laptop, computer or iPad. (It is difficult to view on the phones.)
The practices will be live and interactive, I will be leading a video guided practice but will also be able to see you (you can disable video and mute your sound if desired).
As a bonus, all classes will be recorded and you can save them for another time.
Additionally we will make time for sharing stories and connecting after class for those that want to stay and have community.
