You will learn about usage and application of essential oils to enrich your practice and sense of well-being.
We will begin with Peppermint Pranayama (breathing) during allergy season, can sometimes be challenging. Oils are great for stimulate respiratory system. Sinuses. Open airways and oxygenate your tissue.
We will follow with Lavender Love, for emotional and physical support of your Asana practice.
Lastly indulge in Scented Savasana with light massage- frankincense or lemongrass choices on third eye.
You will be offered free samples of the scents samples during class.
And, have the option to have a customized scent designed by Kelly Hass on site for just $10.00

WORKSHOP UPDATE: Workshop with essential oils for yoga was Ahhhmazing. The oils were beautifully woven into our asana practice with touch and pranayama and application where yogis left feeling nurtured and blissful with and with their own custom or favorite scent. It was at once deeply relaxing and uplifting. This collaboration was such a success that we hope to be able to offer them quarterly throughout the year. Thank you to all who attended with an open mind, heart and nasal passage.
