About Yoga with Mim
Mim’s classes are ever-changing and evolving as her personal practice and study is also ever-evolving over her studies spanning the last 20 years. She customizes the sessions to the ability and needs of her students. Her classes range from restorative and introspective, to pilates style fitness sequences. Her class is a Hatha class-- which simply means the practice includes physical postures and doesn’t align specifically to one yoga lineage. She is well studied in anatomy and physiology and helps you deepen your understanding of proper form and alignment with the postures for maximum benefit.
One thing you can count on, you can always expect to leave feeling better than when you came in.
