Since starting weekly Fusion with Mimi during Covid on Zoom a year ago and I haven’t missed a class! I am a skater and it has helped me so much on the ice with my strength and flexibility. It is a great way to start my day and I love “meeting” others in class for accountability and making it much more fun than working out on my own.
