Yoga

This 60-minute yoga flow class is an amalgam of styles incorporating principles and energies from Iyengar, Vini, Anusara, Ashaya, Kripalu, Feldenkrais and more. It is a physical practice and varies in energy between deeper restorative practices to dynamic invigorating flow.  As an intuitive teacher, Mimi is able to read the class energy and deliver what she is so often told, “is just what I needed.”

Fusion

This strength and conditioning class is influenced by Power Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and HIIT. It is an integrative body resistance class where you will need a mat and sometimes band or light weights. The benefit of the class is to build strength, increase resting metabolism, and to get aligned for optimal freedom of movement and injury prevention.
